Letters to Our Children 2013-14

Eighteen KidBridge mothers representing twelve different countries wrote letters to their children explaining: why they left their country, what they missed, what they love (and find difficult) about living in Canada, and most importantly– their dreams for their children’s future.

The letters written by each mother in their own language and translated into English were accompanied by their vibrant reduction relief prints in the book Letters to Our Children which was distributed to local schools. The prints were made with Karen Cornelius during Kidbridge weekly playgroups.
